Adelia (Dee) Klumbach Ellwanger Remsen, 94, of Daytona Beach, FL passed away on May 10, 2015. She was the daughter of Philip and Florence (Millard) Klumbach born on April 26, 1921 in Syracuse, NY. At a young age she moved to Rochester, NY. She was married to Lawrence J. Ellwanger. He precedes her in death. She worked at Taylor Instrument Company. She married John Remsen on June 8, 1984. They moved to Daytona Beach, FL in 1989 and were members of Crossroads Baptist Church. Adelia is survived by sons, Robert Ellwanger, Kenneth Ellwanger of Nicaragua, Rick(Pat) Ellwanger of Titusville, FL and Mark (Kathy) Ellwanger of St Johns Island, SC; stepson, William Remsen of Rochester, NY; stepdaughters, Georgia (Louis) Buccini of Canandaigua, NY, Joan (Vincent) Burkis and Barbara (Gerry) Wunch of Rochester, NY; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Remsen. As per her request there will not be a service. Condolences may be shared with the family through this online guestbook.
