Albert "Skip" W. Cummings, 84, passed away on Friday August 29, 2014. He was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on May 28, 1930 to Charles and Emma Cummings. He is predeceased by his daughter, Anne Cummings and Survived in death by his wife, Daisy Cummings of 51 years, his daughters, Kimberly Gibbs (Michael); Marion Landrum; granddaughters: Sara and Alyssa Gibbs, Jennifer Sirmans; 2 great-grandchildren. Albert served our country in the Navy from 1948-1952, was a retired Firefighter for the Cranford Fire Department in New Jersey and moved to Ormond Beach, Florida in 1983 and just recently moved to Port Orange, Florida. He loved working with his hands as he also was a carpenter, working crossword puzzles, playing and watching golf, but most of all he loved his family. He would do anything to help them out in any way he could. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends who will cherish all their memories. A "Celebration of Life" will be held Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Cross Walk Church, 1016 Clearwater Road, Daytona Beach, Florida from 2- 5 p.m.
