Anne Kritak, 91, of Port Orange, Fl. Passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014 with her family by her side. Anne was born in New York City to John and Tekla Prymak . She moved to our area in 1981 coming from New Jersey. She retired as a nurse after many years in the Health Care Industry. Anne was a member of the Holy Dormition Byzantine Catholic church, Ormond Beach, FL. She is survived by her son, Steven; Her daughter, Carrie; Anne's brother, William; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Services for Anne will be held at the Holy Dormition Byzantine Catholic Church at 10:00am on Saturday, May 10, 2014. A visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 6-8:00pm with a service starting at 7pm. Anne's burial will follow the church service at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ormond Beach, FL.
