Arlene Dziuk Sawko, 86, of Port Orange, Florida, formerly of Duquesne, PA passed away on September 9, 2015, at Marchman Manor Assisted Living Facility. Born September 23, 1928 in Duquesne, PA, she is predeceased by her parents, Edmund J. and Anna Washko Dziuk of Duquesne, PA, and her late husband, Stephen Sawko of West Mifflin, PA. Visitation will be held at Cardwell, Baggett, & Summers Funeral Home on September 13, 2015 at 10 a.m. with a service to be held at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Halifax Humane Society, 2364 LPGA Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32124, 386 274 4703. Arlene was a homemaker, as well as a medical and legal secretary. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family. Survivors include her son, William Sawko, and daughter, Darlene Lampkin, both of Port Orange, FL; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Michelle and Susie of Marchman Manor, as well as the caring staff of Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia, for their extended support.
