After almost 63 years of marriage Barbara Lee Frankovich, 81, passed away on June 30, 2023 and Ronald Frank Frankovich, 86, passed away on August 16,2023.

Barb was born on November 29, 1941 in Vermillion, South Dakota to the late Clifford and Geraldine Peterson.  She is the oldest sister of Diane Miyake who lives in Boise, Idaho.  Barb graduated from Rapid City High School and attended cosmetology school in South Dakota. Barb enjoyed traveling, reading, family & friends, serving at her church thru the Council of Catholic Women and their beloved shitzu Emma.

Ron was born on June 28, 1937 in Gary, Indiana to the late Frank and Mary Frankovich.  Ron was preceded in death by his 8 siblings. He served in the Air Force and later worked in the insurance business and owned a packing and shipping company.  Ron enjoyed playing golf, traveling, reading, home projects, playing cards, hanging out with family and friends and serving the vets and homeless their Thanksgiving dinners.

Years of traveling - statewide and abroad, along with their commitment to the sacrament of marriage were two of the many things that kept their love alive for almost 63 years.

Barb and Ron are a survived by their two children Michelle Marino and her husband Michael from Hershey PA and Ronald Frankovich from Ormond Beach, FL, 5 grandchildren-Michael Marino II, Lauren Blauch and her husband Joseph, Katie Mallon and her husband Tom, Kamren Frankovich, Keira Frankovich and 3 great grandchildren-Sophia, Simon and Stella Blauch.

Memorial donations can be made in their  honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and Halifax Hospice.
