Betty Jean Pugh, born August 24, 1930. Dutiful daughter of Irene and William Justice, loving and faithful wife of Jack B. Pugh, Sr. Caring and devoted mother to Jack B. Pugh Jr. his wife Keiko and Shirley Faye Smith and her husband John D. "J.D." Smith. Adored and respected by many, she was the eldest child of ten, having six sisters and three brothers. Betty is the Grandmother of four, Great Grandmother of nine, and has 27 nieces and nephews and their children. Feared by some, loved by all.

She departed this life on August 20, 2018 to rejoin her husband in peace and with grace.
Prepared in her heart and ready to be received into the promised Kingdom of Heaven in which she faithfully believed.

A Memorial Service will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, Port Orange at 5 PM August 25, 2018. Your attendance and paying of respects is welcomed and appreciated by the family.
