Carolyn M Livingston, 89, a long time resident of Daytona Beach, went to be with the Lord on Monday September 17, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Anderson, Indiana on February 28, 1929, to the late William Ray and Gladys (McCarthy) Ellis. She was married to the late Carl Livingston.
Ms. Livingston was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, worked at Kay's Coach House Restaurant and was a caregiver for many years. She loved boating with her life long companion, Bruno LaPlant and enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by her daughter, Susanne Hart (Joe), her son Carl Livingston, her daughter Jane Vosdingh (Ralph) and her son Mark Livingston (Dottie). She is also survived numerous grand children, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Carolyn is also survived by her best friend Kathy Petty.
The family will receive friends at 4:00 pm Friday September, 21, 2018 at Cardwell, Baggett and Summers Funeral Home, 301 Big Tree Rd. South Daytona 32119. A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 PM.
The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff of Port Orange Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the great care Carolyn received while she was there with special thanks especially to Stormy. Also the family would like to express their appreciation to Halifax Hospice of Port Orange.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Halifax Hospice.
