Debria Darlene Emerson, 54, of Palm Coast, passed away on Wednesday April 29, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday May 9, 2015 at Bull Creek Fish Camp, 3861 W. CR 2006, Bunnell, FL 32110. Another Service will be held in Jonesboro, Arkansas at a later date. Debria was born on May 1, 1960 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Bobby and Betty Dobbs. She retired after 11 years as a Social Worker for the St. John's County Health Department. Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Mike; Son, Robert "Bobby" and his wife and two daughters; Daughter, Amanda "Lee" Hartgraves and her daughter; and her mother, Betty Dobbs.
