Dwayne McKinley Lyons , 61, of Daytona Beach, FL, left us on April 12, 2022. Dwayne was born to Emory and Ronnie Lyons on May 23, 1960, in Walterboro, SC.

Dwayne spent the first half of his life in his hometown of Walterboro before finding his home in Daytona Beach. He had a deep love of family and making memories with his children and grandchildren. He passed on his love of card games and chess to his grandchildren and was always down for a round of monopoly. He was very social and enjoyed spending time with friends; rather it be fishing, camping, or playing pool at his favorite spot.

Dwayne was preceded in death by both parents Emory Lyons and Ronnie DiToma and brother Brady Lyons. He is survived by siblings Greg Lyons (Paula Jean) of Poplar Springs, Tennessee, Emory Dewey Lyons of Daytona Beach, Florida, Andy Lyons of Walterboro, South Carolina, Grey Nixon of Dobson, North Carolina, Wayne Eaves of Walterboro, South Carolina, Lora Nettles (Terry) of Ruffin, South Carolina, Loretta Lynn Washington of Hephzibah, Georgia, Linda Nixon of Walterboro, South Carolina; Children Samra West (Richard) of Daytona Beach, Florida, Brandie Grant (Theron) of Islandton, South Carolina; Grandchildren Dylan, Shay, Trinity, Rayna, Sir; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, April 29, 2022, at Cardwell Funeral Home, 301 Big Tree Rd, South Daytona, FL.
