Elizabeth M. Lusis, 91, of Port Orange, passed away on Saturday May 23, 2015 in Port Orange. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 8:30 AM on Thursday June 4, 2015 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 4675 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange, FL32129, with Fr. Raymond O'Leary officiating. Inurnment will follow in Daytona Memorial Park. She retired from the Healthcare industry and was a veteran of the US Navy serving during WWII. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey J. Lusis of Petaluma, CA; sister, Irene Bachman of Port Orange; brother, Paul "Jerry" Matava of Burlington, CT; two grandsons, John and Al Lusis of Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death 18 months ago by her husband, George, of 67 years. Memorial Donations may be made to the Marine Corp.
