Fleurette E. Turgeon, 85, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2014. A gathering will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2014 from 3:00 P.M to 4:00 P.M. at Cardwell, Baggett and Summers Funeral Home, 3571 S. Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL 32129. A service of remembrance will begin at 4:00 P.M. Fleurette was born in Athol, Massachusetts in 1929 to the late Louis and Leda Emard. Fleurette enjoyed reading, traveling, watching sports, bowling, and swimming at the beach. She was also active with the V.F.W. with her late husband Leo. She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Leo Turgeon. Those left to cherish Fleurette's memory are her children, Robert (Barbara) Turgeon, Richard Turgeon, Jeanne (Christopher) Ferris, Marc (Kimberly) Turgeon, Pattie (Kevin) Wood; brother, Raymond Emard; longtime companion, Bubba Fatigate; 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
