James E. Douglas, 89 of New Smyrna Beach passed away December 29, 2017 at his home. He was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, WI in 1928, and migrated to the US in the 1960s.

He is survived by his wife, Maudlyn R Douglas, and his children, Bertram, Glaister, Lee, Shirley, Maxine, Brian, Carol, Darren. A mass will be conducted at Epiphany Catholic Church at 1:00 PM Saturday Jan 6, 2018. Burial will be in the Woodland Cemetery, Port Orange.
