Obituary
James J. McGuffie, 96, of Port Orange, FL, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2018.
James was born on May 08, 1918 in Warren, OH to the late James and Jane (Hastings) McGuffie.
James was the husband of the late Helen M McGuffie. He was the Owner/Operator of a Deli
Shop in Warren, OH and The Bazetta Dairy - Corner Dairy Store in Cortland, OH.
James was a WWII Army Veteran, a Life Member of the VFW #3282, member of the Elks Lodge
#2723 and the Eagles Lodge #4089 all in Port Orange.
A memorial service at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mimms, FL will take place at a
later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in James's memory to Wounded
Warrior Project and Sophie's Circle Pet Rescue.
