August 16, 1946 - September 3, 2021
Jennifer Ann Houston, 75, of DeLand, FL passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Halifax Hospice Care Center. She is survived by her three children, Andrea Heras, Paul Johanson, and Mark Johanson; fourteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Halifax Health Hospice Care Center. Forever in our hearts.
The care of Jennifer Ann Houston has been entrusted to Cardwell, Baggett and Summers Funeral Home.
