Joseph M. Batchelor, age 80, of Port Orange, FL passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 after a long illness. Born on October 10, 1940 in Alexandria , VA, he was the son of Leroy and Bonnie Batchelor. Joe loved hunting, fishing, and working with his hands. He could build anything, from a napkin holder to a house. He enjoyed living life and spending time with his family, and was very involved in his neighborhood homeowner's association.

Joe is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marsha; their three sons, Joe Batchelor Jr. (Pam), Steve Batchelor (Lisa), and Bob Batchelor (Jeanine); his brother John Batchelor (Margaret); his sister Linda Marvel; his sister-in-law Jean Batchelor; and six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Joe was preceded in death by his brothers Roy Batchelor and Bill Batchelor, his sister Carol Rogers, and grandson Shane Batchelor.
