Kathleen Ola Butterworth, 69 of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away March 24, 2016. Kathleen was born October 3, 1946 in Daytona Beach, to the late Kenneth Harvey and Pearl Cosgrove. A memorial Service in her honor will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday April 11, 2016, at the Cardwell Baggett and Summers funeral home and crematory. Surviving Kathleen in death are her Son, Leon Butterworth III, and four daughters, Shelly Sheffield-Butterworth; Teresa Hunter; Lorrie Plummer; Regan (Shane) Mann. 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and many cousins.
