Kathryn Victoria Knowles, 56, of Holly Hill, FL, formerly of Oakdale and Patchogue, NY, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2015. Kathryn loved to cook, work in the garden, relax at the beach and spend time with her family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Victoria Vincenti, Patchogue, NY, sisters, the Honorable Patricia Romeo and husband Jim, Patchogue, NY, Pamela Knowles, Port Orange, FL, brother Benjamin Knowles, Big Bear Lake, CA, and nieces, Annalee and Abigail Knowles, Port Orange Fl. She is predeceased by her parents Anna Knowles, 2004 and Benjamin Knowles, 1972. Kathryn filled each day with love and laughter and shared her zest for life with everyone. Those who were fortunate enough to know her will never forget her. A memorial service to celebrate Kathryn's life will be held this summer in New York. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, all donations be made to Halifax Health Hospice Care Center at 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, Florida 32129.
