Kathy Lee (Davis) Brown

Kathy Lee (Davis) Brown passed away on January 31, 2026. She was 71. Kathy was born March 19, 1954, in Rogersville, TN to Bessie Louise (Hensley) Davis and Clifford Walton Davis Sr. She moved to Port Orange, FL in 1979 with her family. During her life, she spent many years as a homemaker and working with her parents and family at the Daytona Flea Market while raising her children. Later in life, she did clerical work for Thompson Pump and also worked for Chase Bank.

Kathy loved to bake and cook for her family, especially at the holidays, when she would make her sage dressing, jello salad and deviled eggs. She also enjoyed crafting, especially making silk flowers and doing ceramics, as well as scrapbooking, and diamond art. She loved her family more than anything, especially her grandchildren.

She is pre-deceased by her father Clifford Walton Davis Sr. (1984); her mother Bessie Louise (Davis) Barry (2008); brothers Gary Lynn Davis (1983); and Clifford Walton Davis Jr.  (JR)(2008) as well as her sister Donna (Martin) Bannister (2023).

She leaves behind her son, Michael Brown and his wife Jennifer of Daytona Beach, FL, granddaughter Emilee Brown of Trenton, FL; her daughter Christa Brown of Deland, FL, grandsons Grayson and Eagan; her sister Susan "Susie" (Ricketts) Carstedt and her husband Harold of New Tazewell, TN, nephew Joshua Ricketts; niece Sherrie (Martin) McMullen, great nephews Cameron Rowe, Garrett Rowe, and Austin Rowe; niece Terrie Martin and great nephew Corbin Ramos as well as several cousins.

There are no services scheduled. The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
