Lois A. McCullough Kowal, age 79, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on October 30, 2014. Lois was born in Trenton, NJ to the late Charles T. And Virginia Plantier McCullough and resided in Daytona Beach, Fl for the past 23 years after moving from New Mexico. She was a graduate of Cathedral High School in Trenton, NJ, class of 1953 and was a bookkeeper for many years. Lois was predeceased by her husbands, Stanley B. Kowal Jr. and John J. Clowar. Lois and Stan, married for 46 years, loved traveling, dining out, riding motorcycles, ghost hunting and spending time with their grandchildren. Lois is survived by her children, Lois Ann Williamson and husband Rick, with whom she resided, Theresa Clowar of NJ, Stanley B. Kowal III of TX, Thomas Clowar of NM, Robert Clowar of OK and Allen Kowal of FL. Also surviving are her sister, Kathy McCullough of NJ, aunt, Theresa Roy of Canada, grandchildren Adam, Amanda, and Amy Williamson, Danny and April Kowal, Jennifer and Sabrina Fanelli, brother-in-law, Wayne Kowal of FL, family friend, Eileen Fitzpatrick of NJ and three great-grandchildren.Donations may be made to Halifax Heath Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129.
