Michael H. Auleta of Ormond Beach, FL passed away peacefully on June 30, 2014 at age 86. He is now with the Lord and his beloved wife Norma in Heaven. Loved ones, family, and friends can now honor and and rejoice the passing of this wonderful man. Michael was was born in Brooklyn, New York and is an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He worked for Con Edison while living in NY and came to Florida in 1976 where he worked for The City of Daytona Beach until his retirement. He enjoyed the beach, fishing and fixing things...He could fix anything! He and his wife traveled the world with trips to Europe and the United States through out their lifetime. Mike is survived by one son Michael and his wife Cindy as well as two grandchildren Danielle of St. Augustine FL and Nick of Asheville NC. He also leaves behind two sisters Marie Riccardi and her husband Emil of Long Island NY, Vera Loria and her husband Roger of Westchester NY and his sister-in-law Lidia Sovia of Ormond Beach FL. "Uncle Mike" will be also missed by all of his nieces and nephews. Private service for family and friends will be held at a later date and time.
