Mildred Sebo, 96, of South Daytona, FL, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Halifax Health Hospice in Port Orange, FL. She was born in Vermilion, OH in 1921 and married Michael Sebo in July of 1943 during World War II. Her husband, Michael, was in the Army Air Corp as a mechanic and MP while Mildred worked in defense factories and other employers. After the war, Mildred and Michael owned and operated a gasoline/convenience store in Vermilion, OH until 1971. Then Mildred worked in the shipping department of Starrett Corporation while her husband , Michael, worked as a master machinist. After retiring they moved to Florida in 1984. After husband passed in 1998, she moved to the Daytona Area.

She was predeceased by her husband Michael; daughter, Carolyn; sisters, Margaret, Mary, Helen,Josephine, and a brother, Joseph. She is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Radford, son Michael Sebo; son-in-law, Charles Radford; daughter-in-law,

Donna Sebo; grandchildren, Theresa Shelton, Tabitha Hiles, Michael Sebo Jr., Sara Sebo and Troy Radford; great-grandchildren, Robert (RJ), Christopher, Katelynn, Courtney, Ireland Rose, Elisha, Dylan and Christian and many other family members and friends.

Mildred was a warm, loving, caring and helpful mother and grandmother and always had a glowing smile for everyone even when she wasn't feeling well. In her retirement years she worked helping others in the Catholic Church, Meals on Wheels and home visits to the elderly. She was loved very, very much by everyone and will be missed greatly and we all know that a special place in heaven has been reserved for her.

The family will receive friends for a gathering Saturday August 11, 2018 at Cardwell, Baggett and Summers Funeral Home, 301 Big Tree Road, South Daytona, FL at 11:00 AM. There will be a Celebration of Mildred's Life at 12:00 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel.
