Myrtis "Peggie" Niebling, age 89 of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2023. Peggie was born in Georgia and moved to Florida as a young child. After graduating from Crescent City High School in Crescent City, Florida, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she attended Emory University School of Radiologic Technology. For much of her life, Peggie worked as a Radiologic Technologist in both Georgia and Florida.

Peggie's many talents included floral arranging, designing and making custom clothing, and creating
unique hand crafted holiday items.

Peggie loved the beach, art, reading, and her family. She was a devoted member of the "4 O'Clock Group" in her neighborhood.

Her love, strength, and humor will be greatly missed. Peggie is survived by her son, Douglas Anthony of Kalispell, Montana; daughter, Sandra Anthony Davis of Bourne, Texas; sister, Kathleen Kilpatrick of Crescent City, Florida; and her grandchildren Emily Anthony, Ben Anthony, Isabel Schmidt-Anthony, Sophia Schmidt-Anthony, and Locke Davis.

Peggie's family will hold a celebration of life in October.
