Today we lost an amazing woman, perfect mother, retired foster care provider (award from the Governor for impacting the lives of over 150 children) and best damn Southern cook around (just don't ask for her recipes).  Rest In Peace Patricia Ann Carter.  My mom, my saint.

Patricia Carter is survived by her sons: Frank (Lori) Carter, Jim (Brenda) Carter and Shane (Jennifer) Carter. Grandsons: Matthew Carter, Lane Carter, Jonathan Carter and Matthew Reilly and Great Granddaughters: Olivia Carter and Wynter Villalobos.
