Patricia A. Knowles (nee McFadden) of Port Orange, Florida, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, left us peacefully on November 1, 2021 at the age of 93 surrounded by family. Pat retired from the Internal Revenue Service in Philadelphia as a Tax Examiner /Adjustor after 25 years of service.  She was an avid reader who enjoyed traveling, loved Jeopardy, and lived a long and amazing life. Beloved wife of the late William R. Knowles, Sr.; loving mother of Joanne Bispels (Ron), Patricia A. (Patti) Knowles, the late William R. Jr. (Billy) and Noreen Schaffer (Steve);  Devoted grandmother of John P. Cassidy IV (Jen), Brianna Cassidy, Dawn Becker (John), Victoria Bispels, Sean Schaffer and Kelli Shebby (Kyle) and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her dear sister, Carol Crouthamel, her brother, Kenneth McFadden, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to offer condolences to her family on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 10:30 – 12 Noon at Our Lady of Calvary Church, 11024 Knights Road, Philadelphia, PA. Funeral Mass will begin at 12 Noon. Burial for Patricia and her late Son, William, will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
