Sherry L. Hill, age 67 of South Daytona passed away on March 14th, 2013. A viewing will be held at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home on Wednesday March 20th, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. until the funeral service at 7:00 P.M. Sherry was born on June 1, 1945 in Ashville, North Carolina. She and her husband Kemper relocated to Florida in the early 1980's so Sherry could be closer to her family. She was an extremely talented floral designer, and worked locally for many years at the Daytona Beach Florist. She also managed Starlight Skate Center in Daytona, and Ormond Beach. Sherry enjoyed fishing, and spending time with her family. Following her retirement Sherry enjoyed traveling with her husband and caring for her grandchildren. Survivors include her beloved husband of 31 years, Kemper E. Hill III; son, Norman Yelverton; daughter, Cindy Yelverton; mother, Jeanne Lindmar, step father, Robert Lindmar; grandchildren, Shane and Sierra Yelverton.
