Thadius (Thad) Christopher Phillips, 38, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Hospice Port Orange, Florida. A memorial service will be held in his honor, Friday July 26, 2013, 11:00 am, at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Ave, Port Orange, Fl 32127. Thad was born on September 27th, 1974 in Daytona Beach, Fl. He graduated from Spruce Creek High School in 1992. He participated in basketball, soccer and baseball throughout his school years. He loved surfing, hunting and fishing with his father and grand-father. Those who cherish his memory are his parents: Joe and Linda Phillips; Aunt Dianna McLaren, (Richard Love); Cousins; Wade Heath, Ashley Heath (Alisha), Aunt Nancye Poore, Cousin Tracy Albright (Harry), second cousins, Saejin and Summer, and God parents, Randy and Nan Milholen.
