Thelma E. Stimson, 89, of Edgewater, FL passed away on her birthday, Wednesday, January 29. Thelma was born in Jacksonville, FL and before retiring she worked in retail sales for the J.C. Penney Company. Services will be held Graveside at Edgewater/New Smyrna Beach Cemetery at 11 Am on Saturday, February 1, 2014. Thelma is survived by her son George, 3 daughters, Loretta, Linda and Sylvia, 1 Sister, Evelyn Edwards, 8 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Grand Child. Her husband George passed away in 2005 after 61 years of marriage.
