Walter Clark Mingle, 73 of Port Orange, Florida passed away November 16, 2015. A Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from the hours of 6pm till 8pm, at the Cardwell Baggett and Summers Funeral Home. Services will be held at a later date in Detroit, Michigan, with burial at Glen Eden, Livonia, Michigan. Walter was born in Pennsylvania, PA to the late James L. and Ruth C Mingle on August 6, 1942. Walter was a member of the ARRL American Radio Relay League. And a avid Amateur Radio and Music enthusiast. Walter is preceded in death by on son Philip Mingle; one daughter Laurie Mingle; one sister Eleanor Baird. Surviving in death is wife Kathryn F. Mingle; Daughter Christine Garland; Grandson Matthew Stevenson; sister Charlotte Mingle; grandchildren Aaron Stevenson, Alaina Stevenson. In Lieu of Flowers memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
