Wilma Jean Holmes, 82, of Port Orange, Florida passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025.  She was born on May 24, 1943 in Muskegon, Michigan.  Wilma had a talent as a crafter and made all kinds of unique gifts; she made personalized cards.  She made all meals delicious and special.  She and her husband retired in 1995 and moved to Florida for the warmer weather.  She enjoyed fishing and was making memories with her family.
Wilma is survived by her daughter, Dawn Alderink (husband, Dennis Alderink); son, Terry Holmes (wife, Susan Holmes); daughter, Cherry Gallery; daughter, Karen Kidner (husband, Roger Kidner); daughter; Ivie Sironen; daughter, Tracy Berghuris (husband, Leonard Berghuris); 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; best friend, Carol Beall; and Pastor Sam Foley.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold Holmes; son, Raymond Holmes; and son-in-law, John Gallery.
Services will be held privately at a later date.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
